Ocean Backpackers will officially open on Thursday 5th March 2020 and we are really looking forward to welcoming lots of new and repeat guests this summer season! We were delighted to receive a Trip Advisor Award for 2019 and rest assured, our Manager, Lydia will be back to provide a warm welcome when you come to visit! Ocean Backpackers can be used as a fantastic base to explore the delights of Ilfracombe and the spectacular North Devon countryside, with plenty of activities in the local area. So if you fancy a surf lesson on Woolacombe Beach, a swim with the seals off Lundy Island, a boat trip around Exmoor, some coasteering fun, a stunning walk along the South West Coast Path or just some chill out time……come and stay!!!

Whether it’s a place to relax for a weekend getaway with friends, a cosy place to unwind after a hard day of walking, cycling or surfing, a cool “hang out” for a school trip or a budget family holiday with full self-catering facilities-we are definitely the right place for you!
